Online Therapy

Online and in-person therapy sessions are available

There is no place like home. You can now take online therapy sessions from the comfort of your private space. A familiar atmosphere surrounds you with care and allows you to express your emotions as freely as you wish. Through the screen, you’ll get the same guidance as you would in the office, but without the need to spend your valuable time traveling.

If you prefer to see me in person, I’m happy to accommodate you. My office is located in the same shopping center as Sobey’s Northfield, Wine Rack, and Starbucks, just west of the Northfield exit. It offers a comfortable and cozy atmosphere (and yes, there is parking available). I look forward to meeting you either in person or online.

Why Choose Me As Your Therapist?

Hi, I’m Polina Fedotenko, a registered psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada.

My journey to becoming a relationship therapist started when I was very young. At 15, I moved from Russia to Israel without my parents. It wasn’t easy for me to make friends - I didn’t even speak the language. I often felt alone and uncomfortable.

Then I moved again, this time to Canada as a 21-year-old newlywed. Yet again, I had no friends and felt socially isolated (despite knowing the language this time). I doubted myself, didn’t feel “good enough,” and struggled to get by without strong connections.

The turning point for me was when I began sharing my feelings with others. As I began opening up more and more, I saw that our most personal problems are more common than we realize. Everyone wants connection. Everyone wants to feel seen, heard, and valued. And everyone wants to feel like they matter.

Having gone through this the hard way, I have empathy for your struggles. I’ve made it to the other side - today, my relationships are deeper, stronger, and more connected than ever before - and I can’t wait to help you achieve the same in your relationships. I’m so glad you’re here.
